East Coast Industrial Park is a new development located on French Collins Road, situated between Carolina Forest and Conway, the project consists of +/- 10 acres zoned for Heavy Industrial uses and an additional +/- 41 acres zoned for Limited Industrial uses providing one of Horry County's most unique Manufacturing and Industrial Business Parks.

Comprised of 10 existing free-standing buildings totaling in excess of 400,000 square feet of leaseable space, permitted uses provide for professional office space, service uses, warehouse, distribution, storage and extensive manufacturing, processing, or assembly operations. Build to suit facilities are planned for undeveloped portions of the project.
